This isn't something we have control over, it's just not something that can be done with Apple's iCloud service at this time. Especially how Apple has geared it to each user by tying things like iMessage to the specific user etc. It is something that can be accomplished, with some effort, but I suspect you would disable it very quickly. Its very unlikely you share the same ID with your wife.
